Cancellation Policy
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you are late more than 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.
No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment result in a 40% CANCELLATION FEE.
After one no-show, I will not allow rebooking.
Deposits are transferable ONE TIME. Meaning, if you reschedule at least 3 days before your scheduled appointment, your deposit can be used for the new appointment date. If you reschedule your new scheduled appointment, deposit will be lost.
